We believe in the quality of our Copper Country Bow Works product, and back it up with a warranty. If you have questions about this warranty and what it covers, please contact us. 

Warranty 

You will receive a pamphlet on proper bow care with your new bow

Copper Country Bow Works

Full Warranty on new custom and new in-stock bows If a bow shows signs of misuse, alteration or mishandling, this warranty is void. Claimant must be the original purchaser. Warranty is not transferable.

 

FIRST YEAR

Under this limited warranty, during the first year, we will repair or replace bow, whichever we deem suitable. Owner must pay shipping charges to and from our shop.

 

SECOND YEAR

We will repair or replace bow, whichever we deem suitable. Owner must pay 50% of original price if bow is replaced. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner.

 

THIRD YEAR

We will repair or replace bow, whichever we deem suitable. Owner must pay 75% of original price if bow is replaced.. If damage should occur by fault of owner, we will repair at our then current price structure. Any damages due to the fault of the owner, are not covered under warranty. Repairs will be charged on a time/materials basis.  Bow must be returned to our shop postage pre-paid. NOTE: This warranty does not apply to the bowstring failure thereof,: This warranty does not apply to the finish on any bow.

 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so that this paragraph may not apply to you. Contact Copper Country Bow Works  for authorization before returning bow. Enclose a letter stating the nature of the claim, and send your item to our address. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner.

 

WARRANTY VOID IF...

Bow has been braced (strung) improperly, or if incorrect string is used. Use of a bowstring consisting of less than 10 strands of string material, Bow is strung without a bow stringer.(Yes, bow MUST be strung with a bow stringer only) Any attempt is made to alter the bow, including the finish. Any delaminations as a result of exposure to excessive heat. Any holes drilled into, or items attached to the  bow that penetrate any portion of the bow.  Model number or product identifying information is removed or defaced. Flagrant misuse and abuse is plainly evident.
